This reminds me of two of our local high schools a few years back. They both had TERRRIBLE seasons - neither team winning a single game. They played each other for the final game of the year - the big rivalry game which would offer the winner bragging rights - and tied 0-0.
The locals dubbed it The Toilet Bowl.
