Tom Skilling, Chief Meteorologist of WGN-TV Chicago, has been educating the public on severe weather and tornado safety for 22 years. He has produced several TV specials on severe weather safety, including "It sounded like a Freight Train," and "When Lightning Strikes. This Severe Weather Seminar is free and open to the public and includes multimedia presentations from many forecasters, researchers, and noted personalities from the meteorological world.Everyone with an interest in understanding severe weather should come to this year's seminar and take part in this wonderful learning experience, but arrive early as seating is limited! The 2004 Severe Weather Seminar will be held on April 3rd, 2004, at 1:00pm and 7:00pm at Fermilab near Chicago.
