Rent-A-Negro is billed as a d.i.y. reparations performance/art project by damali ayo . Very clever stuff, go read it before you leave nasty comments on this. Almost enough to change my opinion of both reparations and performance artists . . .
Uh?!!! Why not just make friends with a black person - that's free! :)
In the UK it's not an issue for most people.

As soon as I saw her Black History Month flash card honoring Angela Davis, I lost respect for anything that ayo had to say. It would be nice to honor people with better credentials than being a communist.
