Reader Erik Grow asked me why I spell today as "to-day". As far as I've been able to figure out, to-day was the old-timey way to spell it, as evidenced by this headline from the Daily Planet in a 1940-ish Superman cartoon. But my main reason is that my Grandma had a litle sign in her house that asked Did You Pray To-Day? , so every time I spell it that way I think of my Grandma. So now you know!

Hahhah!!! That's funny! Thanks for figuring it out Tom. I guess now I know. I wonder if there is more to it though. Perhaps I will check around too.
