Yes, but do students in other countries have good self-esteem? Let's ignore the scores as long as we can feel good about ourselves.

As was pointed out on my blog, this is a matter of "which group you test" (for math, anyway.)
The US has a heterogenous group in high school; it is the unfortunate (and NOT politically correct) fact that the underclass members are horrible in math.
See, e.g., math testing results for Iowa, South Dakota, North Dakota, (etc.) We're about second or third in the world...

I had got a desire to make my business, however I did not earn enough amount of money to do that. Thank goodness my close friend advised to use the mortgage loans. Hence I took the term loan and realized my old dream.
