My VW Gas Gauge Is Accurate. Too Accurate.

It's located at the bottom of my dashboard clock, right where the "6" would be. The top of the red zone is the American version of "Empty", meaning you still have a couple of gallons left. The bottom of the red zone is the German version of "Empty", meaning you have absolutely zero gallons left. This is the sort of thing that colleges should teach in those Cultural Competency classes they make all the freshman take.

The real problem is, you never ran out of gas while driving a 1977 dodge extended length van, and had to push it 6 blocks to the gas station in your late teens. Had you done this once, never again would you run out of gas! LOL
