Instead of a moratorium on new immigration, I'd settle for a moratorium on the use of the expression "We're a nation of immigrants." Throw in a ban on "Diversity is our strength" and you've got my vote for life.

I'm surprised, she actually backs up that statement with an argument. But I think Britain's numerous incoming waves would better be described by "We're a nation of invaders" than "We're a nation of immigrants." Those people came to rule, not to assimilate. They weren't risk takers.
Of course, in every column, Coulter says something so nonsensical she can't possibly mean it. "For the record, I'll volunteer right now to clean other people's apartments if I don't have to pay taxes on what I earn."
Hmm, thousands in book royalties and the cover of Time magazine, or -- $15/hr tax free cleaning toilets. I know which one I'd rather see her doing.
