Thanks for the explanation. I thought that was the new symbol for the door of the men's restroom at the football stadium indicating that women can take it over--which is now common place at games. (The college is in the process of renovating and adding more women's restrooms. Maybe they should teach them to move faster and take away the make-up mirrors.)
