I remember this episode of the Tonight Show. With a lead in like Carson, Hope, and Martin, George Gobel had pretty thin pickings in the joke department. That's why the "life is a tuxedo and you're a pair of brown shoes" line was so priceless. But the funny part was Dean Martin flicking his cigarette ashes into George Gobel's drink.
